Delivery & Collection

When placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm that your order has been received and has been logged on our system (Please check you junk folder if this isn't received). You will not be sent delivery details until your order has been despatched.

Small Items

Small items including dining chairs and most office chairs, will be despatched in 24-72 hours*. You will receive email notification when despatched, this will include your tracking number for your consignment. Small sized item deliveries within the UK will be delivered to your doorstep by DPD, they deliver Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. You will receive an email confirmation with an estimated time of delivery from the courier on the morning of your delivery. if you provide your mobile number when ordering, you will also receive confirmation via text message. Saturday deliveries can be arranged, however will incur a surcharge.

Large Items

For larger items, this includes lounge chairs, sofas and dining tables, our logistics partner will deliver your order to a ground floor entrance (unless an upgraded delivery service is specified). We aim to despatch these within 2-7 working days*. You will receive an email shortly after despatch so that you can book in a delivery date that works for you. Deliveries of large items are made Monday to Saturday between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

*If the item you ordered is ‘Pre-order’ we'll contact you to provide a delivery estimate after you placed your order. During bank holidays and promotional periods there may be slight delays with despatching orders.

From time to time, to ensure deliveries are made as quickly as possible, we may use other couriers. These include, but are not exclusive to, Panther Logistics, TNT, Parcel Force, Royal Mail and our own delivery team.

Where possible, we try to group orders of multiple items together, but if an item is unavailable, you may instead receive multiple deliveries as and when your products are ready. For orders with a mixture of large and small items you may also receive deliveries by several different carriers. If you’d prefer for your order to all be delivered together when available, please get in touch and we will arrange to do so.

Delivery Upgrades

If you want to upgrade to a premium delivery service, We can also offer delivery to upper floors, as well as a 'room of choice' service and a 'white glove' service (items assembled and packaging removed). Depending on delivery schedules in your area, there may be a 1-2 week lead time for this service. The courier will contact you directly to discuss delivery dates. This service is available within certain areas only, and a surcharge will apply - please contact us for details. If you would like us to arrange a specific day of delivery, or if you have a time critical order, please contact us and we will do all we can to arrange accordingly. Due to Covid-19, upgraded deliveries into your home may be restricted.


If you'd rather arrange a collection yourself, please contact us to advise and we will ensure your order is ready for your arrival. We do all that we can to ensure our customers receive their goods at the earliest opportunity. Where possible your goods will be delivered on a (UK) next day delivery service, however we do not offer guaranteed next day delivery and will not be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier service.
