The super comfortable, classic plastic chair.
The Eames DSR is the chrome legged variant of Charles & Ray Eames' first plastic, mass-produced chair which was designed in 1948 for a competition to create low-cost furniture. Nicknamed the “Eiffel” because of the resemblance of its metal frame to the Paris landmark, the design makes joyous use of bright, bold plastics. The DSR retains a similar, ergonomically moulded shell to the original DAR but has no side arms, meaning a sleeker and more dining table friendly design is created. Like other Eames chairs, the result is a piece that you can use comfortably for hours at a time, whether as an occasional chair or as hard wearing, everyday seating in your home or office.
The Eames DSR Chair is available in a variety of colours for any interior.
