Built with a chromed aluminium frame and upholstered in Italian leather, the EA117 is a quintessential office chair.

Before the EA117, office desk chairs had cushions, like most traditional furniture. But it created a whole new way of thinking by stretching the cover over an ergonomic, aluminium frame. Instead of sitting inside the structure, the cover becomes load bearing and – here is the genius part – adapts to the shape of whoever is sitting in it, providing comfort without bulk.
