Created by Eero Aarnio for his own home in 1963, it still looks breathtakingly modern more than half a century later. What you may not know about the Ball Chair is that it is not just eye-catching but also extremely comfortable. Unlike almost any other chair – except perhaps for Aarnio’s later Bubble - it creates a space in which to sit that separates you from the outside world.
