Small items including dining chairs and most office chairs, will be despatched in 24-72 hours*. For larger items, this includes lounge chairs, sofas and dining tables, we send with our delivery partner Arrow XL, they will deliver your order to a ground floor entrance, unless delivery is upgraded. We aim to despatch these within 2-7 working days*. During promotional periods or bank holidays, there may be slight delays in dispatching orders.
*If the item you ordered is ‘Pre-order’ we'll contact you to provide a delivery estimate after you place your order.
We offer delivery upgrades including the room of service and white glove delivery services.

You may return any product to Pash Classics should it be incorrect or the goods do not meet your approval. Any courier damages or incorrect deliveries should be advised by email within three days of receipt of the goods to email@example.com. If items are damaged or incorrect we will arrange a collection.
If the goods do not meet your approval, we will offer an exchange (or refund if stock is not available). You will need to notify Pash Classics by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receipt of the goods and return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any returns carriage shall be borne by you.
